This study covers Downtown Toledo, UpTown, Warehouse District and some contiguous areas. 184 pages. It concludes there is a pent up demand for residential housing in this area.

 

1996 – Neighborhood Strategic Plan Draft
Prepared by Poggemeyer Design Group. Well formatted SWOT analyses in several areas with resulting activities and courses of action over the short term thru five years.

 

1995 – Keystone Plan
Mayor Finkbeiner's response to Pat Hylant and the Shriners who insisted that he tear down the Hillcrest Hotel. Keystone Plan is SSOE's vision of what to do with a 9 block area surrounding the Hillcrest.

 

1994 – Midtown Proposal
LOF/SSOE proposal to remake the eastern half of UpTown using the model of a successful urban business park.
